First, this is a horrible photo. The painting is a bit further along, although that's really hard to see in this light. The skin has a series of transparent glazes, the background color also. Now the lace dress is announced (a bit too much), but a glaze will knock that down. The necklace has details, and the hair and chair are almost finished. But the chair is still too bright and the green is off. If I had better lighting you could see the that the skin now has a glow and richer color. Her hair has a number of glazes too, seeming fuller and more real.
